“Excellent hotel especially for the price, and wonderful staff. The breakfast is truly continental, but will do. Would definitely stay here again.”

“I stayed for one night with my emotional support dog and was charged $150 extra. Why advertise pet friendly. I have never paid that fee for one night. Most places waived any fees esp for a service dog for any disability.”

“The hotel was just okay for the most part. When the cleaning staff came around they took out used towels but only replaced them with 2 bath towels for 4 people so we had to go down to the front desk and request a couple more, same thing with toilet paper. Also when they cleaned our room they made up 1 bed but left the other unmade and did not remove our take out containers that were quite obviously empty and we couldn’t find anywhere to toss them. The breakfast was less then desirable”

“We were amazed with the condition of this 100-year-old property! The functional areas are beautifully and tastefully restored and the traditional areas are perfectly maintained. All staff members were extremely friendly and professional, and they were eager to assist in every request. Front office staff, maid service, baggage handlers, restaurant staff were all exceptional. Our stay could not have been better, unless it had been much longer!!”

“The rooms are very dirty with hairs everywhere and a lot of stains on the carpet. The breakfast is included in the price but... where is the breakfast? A coffee machine, some old donuts, cereals and nothing else is not breakfast. It should be better write: "breakfast is not included". Very bad experience, never again!! ”

“Check in staff during the evening was great. Staff in the morning was rude. Not bed bugs but other bugs like moths and spiders in room and bed. Bathroom shower was not clean and neither were some of the blankets on the beds. Not sure if it was tbe humidity but with the AC blasting it still was hot and humid inside the room and smelled like pee :(. Breakfast was fine and appreciated.”
