“The rooms are very dirty with hairs everywhere and a lot of stains on the carpet. The breakfast is included in the price but... where is the breakfast? A coffee machine, some old donuts, cereals and nothing else is not breakfast. It should be better write: "breakfast is not included". Very bad experience, never again!! ”

After complaining to them the manager tried to kick me out. And acused me of bieng disrespectful, just because i complained. They are still renting that room like that. General manager Mina Guiruis does not prioritize customer service. ”
